Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery

Standard shipping to the United States is free and arrives in 5 to 8 business days. Express Shipping is available at checkout for $4.99 and gives your order priority handling.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you a tracking link. You can also find help on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping Protection

If you added Shipping Protection and your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we reship it free. Bundles of 2 or more packs include it automatically.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll sort it out.
